Wonder Vu - Coal Creek Canyon

Oh, the heartbreak! We were so pumped to take Kathie's sister from West Virginia to Wonder Vu Inn in Coal Creek Canyon. After a scenic 40-minute drive, we arrived, only to be told they couldn't seat us on the patio because of a big 15-person party. There were open tables, but nope, no luck for us. You'd think they might say, "Hey, hang tight, the service might be a bit slow," but no such luck. So, we drowned our sorrows in a margarita and some chips before heading off to Central City/Black Hawk for more adventures. We'll definitely be back to Wonder Vu Inn because we love them and their food, but it’s a bummer Mary couldn't experience it this time around!
